Smiling at you...

Have you ever randomly smiled at a baby - to have them return in kind with a smile? Amazing, huh?! No words are exchanged. No physical embracing takes place. The babies don't even really know why they're smiling. It's just organic sweetness at its best!  There's something special about these exchanges warm our hearts. Just imagine how wonderful this world would be if we could replicate this scenario by evoking this kind of response among adults.  It wouldn't take much - just a non-verbal gesture of exercising your facial muscles to make someone's day. You'll probably discover that your smile is contagious... :-)

So make a point today to send someone a friendly "hello" through a smile.
