What are your business hours?

Our online store is open for business every day. You may place your order by selecting the item of choice, adding to cart, and checking out with your payment.

Our operations are closed on the following days to acknowledge several special holidays: 

  • Good Friday
  • Easter
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day
  • New Year’s Day

Note: Orders placed these days will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

What payment methods can I use to place an order?

When placing an order at, you may use the following payment methods: AmazonPay, American Express, ApplePay, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, ShopPay, Venmo, and Visa We cannot accept checks, cash, cash on delivery (COD), or money orders as payment online. We accept credit cards only from countries to which we ship. We do accept cash payments in person.

I subscribed to your newsletter. How often do you send out emails and what type of content do the newsletters include?

First, thank you for joining the Divine Beginnings Boutique family! We want to warmly welcome you! Second, we do our best to only send you emails that we feel like you would enjoy! Generally, these we send out emails every other week. Our newsletters include information such as new inspirational messages, new product releases, announcements about sales, and special discounts and offers. Third, we promise to never spam you and offer the option to unsubscribe in every email if you change your mind. 

What materials are your clothing items made of and what sizes do they come in?

Our clothing and accessories are made from the following materials:

  • 100% Cotton, and 
  • Polycotton Blend - 65% Polyester, 35% Cotton

Our clothing items are available in the following sizes: 

  • Infants: 0-3 mons | 3-6 mons | 6-12 mons | 12-18 mons |18 - 24 mons
  • Toddlers: 2T | 3T | 4T | 5T
  • Little Kids and Big Kids: X-Small | Small | Medium | Large | X-Large

Sleeve types:  Short-sleeves | Long-sleeves

NOTE: All sizes are not available in all styles. Please read each product description for specific sizes for each.

Do you have a size chart?

Each product listing includes a link to the Size Chart.

Please note that our size chart is meant to serve as a guide based on manufacturer’s suggestions. Children come in different shapes and sizes for the same age. Therefore, height, weight, size, and age many not always correlate. Our clothing is true to size (unless otherwise indicated).

I would like to make a product or color suggestion. Who do I contact?

Shipping Information

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Our goal is always to use the most cost-effective and most reliable shipping methods for our as our carrier of choice.

Therefore, we primarily ship our products via the United States Post Office (USPS) within the contiguous U.S. Other shipping options for customer selection include UPS and FedEx.

Occasionally, we may offer Free Shipping. Those offers may include specific terms and conditions.

I am unable to track my order or there is no tracking update. What do I do?

We're excited to get your package to you! If you're having an issue locating your tracking link, please Contact Us so that we can locate the link and email it to you. Or you can sign in to view your account to see your order status.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to countries serviced by our shipping carrier - United States Postal Service (USPS).

I have not received my item! Can you help?

We're eager to get your products to you and want you to be able to track it at any moment. If you're not able to track your package, either through your shipping confirmation email or through your online account with us or haven't received it within our guaranteed ETA, please Contact Us.

Returns & Exchanges

I am not happy with the style/fit/size of my order. Can I exchange and/or return the item(s)?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order or if you have received an incorrect order, we would love to correct that for you! Please email us at, so that we can assist you with your exchange or return. It's our goal and duty to handle your return in a timely manner.

Price Adjustments

My discount code is not working! What do I do?

If you're having difficulties with applying a discount code, please email us at or send us a message through Contact Us, so that we resolve the problem for you.

I have purchased an item(s) and my order is complete. But the items goes on sale within three days of my purchase. Do you offer price adjustments?

If you purchase an item and within 24 hours of placing you order, it goes on sale - we will honor the adjust the price if you contact us within three days of making the purchase. Please email us at or Contact Us so we can offer a partial refund. Please provide your order number and the advertised reduced priced product.
