Return & Exchange Policy
We offer 100% money back satisfaction guarantees within 30 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, just let us know and we will issue you a refund and/or exchange your product.
Returns and shipping will be processed per our Return/Exchange policy below.
Returns and exchanges will be satisfied on a case-by-case basis, based on the following conditions:
• Wrong item shipped – refund or exchange at our expense
• Wrong size shipped – refund or exchange at our expense
• Damaged in shipment – contact carrier – replace with free freight
• Duplicate shipment – correction at our expense
• Arrived too late – refund at our expense
• Wrong quantity ordered – exchanged at customer’s expense
• Wrong product ordered – exchanged at customer’s expense
• Defective – refund or exchange for product and freight at our expense
• Changed mind – return accepted at customer’s expense
• Not satisfied/not as expected – refund for product only; freight at customer’s expense
• Not as pictured/not as described – refund or exchange, less freight expense
• Other reasons for return may be assessed on a case-by-case basis
To initiate a return:
1. Simply email us at info@divinebeginnings.com to specify the reason for return and to obtain detailed instructions. An Exchange & Return Form will be emailed to you.
2. Enclose the Exchange & Return Form with the item(s) to be returned.
3. Non-defective products must be returned to us in the condition you received them. They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging.
4. Items listed as closeout, clearance or discontinued are non-refundable.

Please allow 14 days to process refund requests.
To initiate an exchange:
1. Simply email us at info@divinebeginnings.com to specify the reason for an exchange, and one of our friendly representatives will contact you regarding next steps to modify your order.
Original shipping charges for both returns are exchanges are not refundable as these are paid out to the shipping carrier.
Refused or non-deliverable packages: If items are sent to an undeliverable destination, Divine Beginnings, LLC is not responsible for shipping charges incurred when the recipient is for any reason unable to accept items shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer initiating the order to ensure the shipping address is a current, working address.
